At Jagro Dent we do everything in our power to help you as well as possible. Yet it can happen that you are not completely satisfied. Please tell us—your feedback helps us keep improving our care.
How to file a complaint
We always aim for the highest quality of care and satisfied patients. If something does not meet your expectations, let us know. Contact our practice manager via the complaint form, and together we will look for a solution.
You can also discuss your concern directly with your dentist or report it at reception. Calling us or completing the online form is, of course, also possible. We take every complaint seriously and handle it carefully within the statutory deadlines.
External complaint committee
Can’t reach a solution with us? You can turn to an independent complaint committee. They assess the complaint objectively and help find a suitable resolution.
Jagro Dent is affiliated with the KNMT complaint scheme, which meets the requirements of the Dutch Quality, Complaint and Disputes Act (Wkkgz). The KNMT can mediate or issue a formal decision. There are no costsassociated with this scheme.
